We’re a Dubai-based brand bringing authentic French entrecôte cuisine to the streets. Born from a secret Swiss recipe dating back to 1900, we specialize in premium beef tenderloin served in signature baguettes, steak plates, and shakers — all featuring our legendary heritage sauce.
Our sauce is made from a closely guarded Swiss family recipe that’s over 120 years old. It’s prepared fresh daily by hand using traditional methods and premium ingredients. The flavor is rich, complex, and impossible to replicate — which is why we’ve been “often imitated, never equaled” since 1900.
The secret sauce recipe originated in the Swiss Alps in 1900. It’s been passed down through generations and has traveled across continents to reach Dubai, where we continue to prepare it exactly as our ancestors did over a century ago.

Absolutely! We love sauce enthusiasts. You can request extra sauce or sauce on the side when you order. Additional sauce portions may have a small extra charge.
